Today was the day I picked up Nuke from Kirembo Savannahs. But, this picture is not an accurate foreshadowing of things to come :-\

Brigitte's hubby really liked my new Nikon lens. He took about 75 pictures of us playing with Nuke and his sister.

Papa's got a brand new bag

With a new kitten on the way and my sad slacking on photo taking lately I finally dropped coin on a digital SLR. Here are a few shots taken simply by inserting the battery and pushing the button. I would say it's a MAJOR improvement over the Canon PAS. Rama will of course voice his opinion presently.

Announcing Nuke

I am told that I will soon have a little brother to push around. His name is Nuke and he is an F3B kitten from Kirembo Savannahs. He is about 2 months old and has a marbled pattern coat. Dad seems pretty excited.

Nuke has a mushroom cloud pattern on his shoulders, hence the name.
